Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making premierlabglass.com usable for people of all abilities.

Our Commitment

Premier Lab Glass is committed to ensuring that premierlabglass.com is usable for the broadest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology. We design and build the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML throughout, with proper heading hierarchy, landmark roles, and form labels.
  • Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA on all body and interactive text.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, with visible focus indication on every focusable element.
  • Descriptive link text and alt attributes on every meaningful image.
  • Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting on animated elements.
  • Forms that work without JavaScript and surface validation errors in plain text.

Known Limitations

Some technical drawings and product schematics are presented as inline SVG without an equivalent prose description. We are working to add long descriptions to those that carry information not available in the surrounding caption. If a specific drawing is blocking your work, email us and we will provide the same information in another format.

Feedback

If you encounter content or functionality that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us. Email accessibility@premierlabglass.com with the page URL, the assistive technology you are using, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.

Compatibility

The site is tested with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile, with VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows). Older browsers may render the site with reduced styling but should remain usable.
